Robotics Monitoring
& Operations Associate
Be the attentive human behind the operation. From our Bengaluru office, you’ll help monitor US yards and supervise robots, spot what needs attention and keep the next person on shift well informed.
What you’ll do
- 01
Watch closely. Act thoughtfully.
Monitor live CCTV feeds at US yards. Identify unusual activity, safety concerns or operational issues, and escalate them promptly using the agreed process.

Support robots in the real world.
Supervise autonomous robot activity. After training and authorization, carry out limited teleoperation within defined procedures and safety limits.

Make every handover count.
Keep accurate logs, incident notes and shift reports. Communicate clearly so the next shift has the context it needs.

Help the system improve.
Support image or video annotation and related data tasks as a secondary responsibility when operational coverage allows.
What matters here
You don’t need to arrive as a robotics expert. You do need to be someone others can rely on.
- Careful observation, diligence and consistent attendance
- Practical English for instructions, reports and handovers
- Comfort using computers, browser tools and routine software
- Willingness to learn, follow safety procedures and ask when unsure
- Readiness for onsite shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Diploma preferred. Equivalent practical ability is welcome. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
A few practical
questions.
Do I need previous robotics experience?
No. Freshers are welcome. Practical English, computer fluency, reliability and a willingness to learn matter. A diploma is preferred; equivalent practical ability is welcome.
Can I work from home?
This is an onsite role in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. You’ll support operations in US yards from the office. The office setup is in progress; the work arrangement and readiness will be confirmed during hiring.
Will I be operating heavy equipment immediately?
Your responsibilities begin with monitoring and following defined procedures. Any limited teleoperation comes only after training and authorization, within agreed safety limits.
How do shifts and incentives work?
Coverage includes nights, weekends and public holidays, with lawful breaks and rest. The roster and employment terms will be discussed during hiring. The ₹7,000 is the maximum monthly variable performance incentive, not guaranteed pay.
